#YouthWill continue to inspire after the campaign

April 2nd, 2015

Last month in the Commonwealth Youth Programme, we ran a social media campaign partnering with Devex, Chemonics, The MasterCard Foundation and U.N.-Habitat to generate discussion about youth issues.

Millions of people worldwide tuned into #YouthWill to contribute to the discussion to share their opinions and support for youth leadership and empowerment.

Youth Will reached 13 million people, featured 70 articles, interviews, videos and expert commentary, as well as more than a dozen interactive online events. More than 8,000 tweets were sent using the #YouthWill hashtag from organisations and individuals.

If you’re passionate about youth issues you can still join in the conversation using #YouthWill.

For more information about the campaign, you can check out Devex’s campaign analysis.
